• Winnie Couture has a loaner gown program available for their retailers. Please inquire with your local salon about the program and any associated fees.
• What do I do if there isn't an authorized retailer in my State or Country?

• What is the exact price of a dress?
• Winnie Couture does not give prices on dresses. Authorized Winnie Couture Retailers are not allowed to give pricing information over the phone, fax, email, etc, but they can provide you with this information when you visit their store.
• Can I buy a Winnie Couture gown on the internet?
• Authentic Winnie Couture gowns are not sold on the internet. You must visit a local Authorized Winnie Couture Retailer to purchase Winnie Couture gowns. We highly advise against purchasing from an online retailer, as the quality, fit and authenticity of your gown may be compromised.
• I want to place my order, but the store I'm working with isn't listed on your website as an authorized retailer, is that ok?
• We recommend only working with Authorized Retailers listed on our website. Please contact us with questions at: sales@winniecouture.com
• Can you send me a catalogue?
• We do not have retail catalogs available, but the very best pictures of Winnie Couture gowns can be found on our website.
• In what sizes are Winnie Couture gowns available?
• Winnie Couture gowns are available in standard bridal sizes 2-26. Should you require a gown of a different size, please contact your local Authorized Retailer for custom sizing.
• Do you make petite or plus size gowns?
• Winnie Couture makes gowns for all sizes and shapes. Please contact your local Authorized Retailer for information on having a gown custom made to your measurements.
• How soon should I order my gown?
• We recommend ordering your gown at least 4-6 months before your wedding. Some items are available in-stock for quick delivery.
• Is my favorite style going to be discontinued?
• While we do our best not to discontinue gowns, sometimes materials or fabrics become unavailable for purchase. We recommend purchasing your gown as soon as you have decided upon it.
• Can I obtain a fabric swatch through Winnie Couture?
• Your local Authorized Retailer will be happy to assist you with a fabric swatch.
• Can you tell me how your sizes run?
• Wedding gowns are made on a different size chart than ready-to-wear clothing. Please consult your local Authorized Winnie Couture Retailer to be measured at the time of purchase. They will be able to assist you with sizing.
• Can I make changes to a gown?
• Yes! Winnie gowns can be customized. Please contact your local Authorized Retailer for more information.
• Can I purchase the jewelry shown on the model?
• Unfortunately, we use vintage pieces or pieces made especially for the photo shoot, so jewelry is not available.
• Are there other colors available for bridesmaids?
• Other colors may be available for an additional charge, please have your local salon contact Winnie Couture.
• I like an older style bridesmaid gown...do you still make that style and color?
• Any gown pictured on our website is still available for purchase.
• Can I send a message and a picture of me in my dress to Winnie, and share with her my experience as a Winnie Bride?
• Sure! While we can't promise all of our brides will be pictured on our site, we would love to share the memories of your special day with you. Please visit our Share Your Experience page under "WINNIE BRIDES" to send us your message and photos.
• What is a trunk show?
• A trunk show is when a designer sends their newest collections to a retail store for the weekend. It's a fantastic opportunity to check out and try on gowns that aren't normally carried in the store!
