In order to sell Winnie Couture you have to be an authorized retailer. In order to become an authorized retailer you must first fill out our online application. If your territory is open and your store is up to Winnie standards we will contact you in regards to what steps to take to become an authorized retailer. A territory is open for Winnie Couture and Avant Mariee if there is no other retailer within 25 miles. For Winnie Chlomin there is only 1 authorized retailer per state.
