  • How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?

    We allow you to bring up to 6 guests with you. If you prefer not to bring a guest, that is okay too since you are never truly alone at Winnie Couture. Your bridal stylist is like your unofficial bridesmaid dedicated to helping you enjoy this special day!

  • Do I need to schedule an appointment?
    Yes! At Winnie Couture, we provide a full, immersive experience for each and every bride and are dedicated to helping you find the perfect gown for your special day! Based on availability same day appointments may be available, so just give us a call so we can help you say YES today!

  • What will I need to bring with me to my 1st appointment?
    All you need to bring is an open mind and your beautiful self! If you do want to bring shapewear or heels you absolutely can. This is a great time to start thinking about the heel height you would want to wear on your wedding day.

  • How much do your wedding dresses cost?
    We have a beautiful collection of gowns that vary in price to fit every bride’s budget. Our gowns range from $2,589 – $8,989. The average price range for our brides falls between $4,000 to $6,000.

  • Is there a fee for the appointment?
    There is a $25 booking fee to reserve a private bridal suite and to secure your appointment time. A 48 hour notice to make any adjustments to your appointment is required. If adjustments are made within 48 hours in advance of your appointment or you do not show, your card will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.

  • How soon should I order my wedding dress?
    It can never be too early to find your dream gown! We recommend that you order 8-10 months before your wedding! Since we are dressmakers and construct every gown by hand, we ensure that you will always have a stress-free experience!

  • Do you offer any discount on your wedding dress?
    When you book your appointment, be sure to ask your stylist about any upcoming private sales events!

  • I have dresses that I want to try on, what should I do?
    We suggest you take advantage of our AMAZING My Closet feature! You can save any gowns that catch your eye in your My Closet, while your stylist can see any gowns you save on their end as well. All that’s left is to book an appointment to come see that beautiful gown in person! 🙂

  • Will I need alterations?
    When ordering your dream gown, your stylist will carefully guide you through choosing the size that is perfect for you! This will ensure that the gown will be closest to your size, but each bride should expect a few nips and tucks. After alterations, your gown will truly fit like a glove and contour your curves in all the right places!

  • Do brides typically find their gown the first time they shop?
    You should always shop assuming you are going to find the one that day, asyou will be surprised how easy it is once you have on the right gown! 😉 Our dedicated stylists can’t wait to bring your dream vision to life and celebrate with you!
