  • How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?

    We allow each bride to be accompanied by up to 6 guests! Flyin’ solo? Don’t fret, we’ve got your back! Sometimes too many opinions can be a distraction anyway 😉 Our dedicated, expert stylists will act as your stand-in bride squad and make your appointment fun and easy!

  • Do I need to schedule an appointment?
    Yes, this will guarantee that there is a private bridal suite available and a bridal stylist dedicating her undivided attention to you and your I DO crew! However, same day appointments may be available, so please give us a call directly so we can help you say YES to your dream gown!

  • How much do your wedding dresses cost?
    We have a gorgeous collection of gowns that vary in price to fit every bride’s budget. Our gowns range from $2,589 – $8,989. The average price range for our brides falls between $3,500 to $5,500.

  • Is there a fee for the appointment?
    There is a $25 booking fee to reserve a private bridal suite and to secure your appointment time. A 48 hour notice to make any adjustments to your appointment is required. If adjustments are made within 48 hours in advance of your appointment or you do not show, your card will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Do you have plus size sample gowns?
    Of course! We have a selection of gowns in our showroom that begin in a bridal size 10, as well as a collection of gowns that range in bridal sizes 14-20! While using clips and modesty panels, your stylist will fit the gown to you, perfectly highlighting your curves! Our expert stylists understand your bridal vision clearly, and will help guide you to order the dress size that will fit you like a glove! All of our styles can be ordered up to a size 26, with custom tailoring offered as well.

  • How do I let you know which Winnie Couture dresses I want to try on before my appointment?
    We have the perfect tool for you to save your Winnie favorites! On our website you will find a feature called My Closet, which your stylist will create an account for you as well as make some suggestions! Once you find gowns that you like, you can save the styles to your My Closet for your stylist to see.

  • How long does it take to receive my dress?
    We know you are eager to be reunited with your wedding gown, and our stylists are dedicated to keeping you updated every step of the way! Your gown will arrive in 6-8 months, and since we are expert in dressmaking we always deliver early, even during the pandemic.

  • Will I need alterations?
    When ordering your dream gown, your stylist will carefully guide you through choosing the size that is perfect for you! This will ensure that the gown will be closest to your size, but each bride should expect a few nips and tucks. After alterations, your gown will truly fit like a glove and contour your curves in all the right places!

  • Do you do fittings in your shop?
    We have partnered with a trusted seamstress for over 10 years that we highly recommend our Winnie brides work with. They are located only a few minutes from our flagship, allowing for easy travel after picking up your dream gown! Our dependable seamstress will alter your gown to beautifully fit you like a glove, and will never ask you to purchase more than what you need to have done!

  • Do you offer any discount on your wedding dress?
    You can alway ask our expert bridal stylists for any current promotion or sales event that we have going on!

  • Do brides typically find their gown the first time they shop?
    While setting out on your bridal journey can seem intimidating, it is more than likely you will find a gown that speaks to you on your first visit! Saying YES to your dress is such an exciting feeling and our stylists are passionate about bringing your bridal vision to life!
