BRIDAL FAQs

  • Yes! Most brides actually end up buying a dress during their first appointment with us! We know bridal dress shopping can be intimidating, but we are here to support you and help navigate finding your dream dress! We can’t wait to meet you!

  • Most brides will need alterations for the perfect fit, but your expert bridal stylists will guide you to the size perfect for you when placing an order on your gown. While we don’t do alterations on site, we have an amazing local seamstress we partner with. It is our goal as well as our seamstresses to make you feel perfect for the big day.

  • Since our dresses are handmade, they can take 6 to 8 months to arrive. Depending on the dress, we may be able to order it with an additional rush fee. We know you are so excited to be reunited with your dream gown, and our dedicated stylists will keep you updated every step of the way!

  • One great way to get started is using our MyCloset feature to pick dresses you would like to try on. Our stylists will create an account for you as well as make some suggestions. MyCloset can be found on the Winnie Couture website and it allows you to add your favorite gowns in on location so you can compare, and so your stylist can view your selections before your appointment.

  • Yes, we do have plus size sample gowns in bridal sizes 14-20. We understand your bridal vision, and will utilize clips and modesty panels to make the dress fit you like a glove. All of our dresses can be ordered from a size 0 up to a bridal size 26.

  • We do offer special savings regularly. Be sure to ask your expert bridal stylist about our specials.

  • Our gowns start at $2,589. To explore styles that match your vision, we recommend connecting with one of our bridal stylists who can guide you through the collection and help you find the perfect dress.

  • For your appointment, bring your best smile! We also recommend bringing your shoes (if you have them already) or a similar heel height and any nude undergarments.

  • While we do accept walk-in’s, an appointment is always recommended to ensure that you have that one-on-one experience. We love taking the time to get to know our brides and having an appointment allows us to do this, as well as ensuring there is a private fitting room available. We are happy to schedule a same day appointment, please call the store to see if we have any availability.

  • We allow each bride to bring up to 4 guests! You are always welcome to FaceTime any additional friends and family who are unable to make it. If you are coming alone, don’t worry as a ton of brides do. As stylists, we are here to hype you up and make you feel beautiful for your big day!
