  • How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?

    We allow 6 guests plus our lovely bride-to-be! Flyin’ solo? No worries! Coming alone is just as fun, as our expert bridal stylists will become your bride squad and cheer you on throughout your Winnie Experience!

  • Do I need to schedule an appointment?
    Yes, this will guarantee that there is a private bridal suite available and a bridal stylist dedicating her undivided attention to you and your I DO crew! However, same day appointments may be available, so please give us a call directly so we can help you say YES to your dream gown!

  • What are the costs of your wedding dresses?
    Our beautiful collection of gowns vary in price to fit every bride’s budget. Our gowns range from $2,589 – $8,989. The average price range for our brides falls between $3,500 to $5,500.

  • Is there a fee for the appointment?
    There is a $25 booking fee to reserve a private bridal suite and to secure your appointment time. A 48 hour notice to make any adjustments to your appointment is required. If adjustments are made within 48 hours in advance of your appointment or you do not show, your card will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.

  • How soon should I order my wedding dress?
    It is never too early to start looking, as your wedding gown will often play a big role in the design and aesthetic of your entire wedding day! Keeping this in mind, you will want to allow for plenty of time for your dress to arrive and have any small alterations taken care of prior to your big day! Our gowns take 6-9 months to be made to order, and we suggest leaving close to two months for any alterations you might need.

  • Do you offer any discount on your wedding dress?
    Be sure to ask us your expert bridal stylist about any private sales events before your visit to find your dream gown!

  • Do you do fittings in your shop?
    Once your gorgeous gown arrives, we will schedule you a private pick-up appointment where your stylist will assist you into the gown and advise of any alterations needed with our trusted seamstress that we have partnered with. When ordering the gown, your stylist will guide you to the size that fits closest to you, but everyone should expect some nips and tucks to fit the gown perfectly to you! And don’t worry, our seamstress will never overcharge you or require any unnecessary alterations!

  • Do you have plus size sample gowns?
    We do! Our stunning gowns in our showroom begin at a bridal size 10, and we are proud to offer a great selection of our gowns in plus sized samples, ranging from size 14-20. We have tools like clips and modesty panels that your expert stylist will use to fit any gown perfectly to you! If there is any gown you are particularly interested in please add it to the My Closet feature on our website or let your stylist know!

  • I have dresses that I want to try on, what should I do?
    We have a wonderful feature through our website called My Closet. You can add any gowns you are particularly excited about to your personal, currated closet on our website so that your stylist can make sure you get to try those on plus make more recommendations based on what you like! You can also let your stylist know via email or a call to the salon and they will be thrilled to accommodate.

  • Do brides typically find their gown the first time they shop?
    That’s our goal! Shopping for your bridal gown can be a bit overwhelming, but our stylists are passionate and dedicated to helping you find your dream gown while providing a stress-free and memorable experience. Once you find it there is no doubt you’ll know it! 🙂

    Parking on Boylston St. is a breeze. We have metered parking out front of our building. The ParkBoston app is great for finding the best spot. Nearby parking garages are available for your use, with the closest being The Garage at 10 St James. The Arlington Station metro entrance is just right around the corner.
